Ryan Peniston and Mark Whitehouse came out on top in a strong week for the Brits at the M15 Heraklion.
Third seed Peniston dominated throughout the singles draw, losing only one set along the way in the semi-final against Petros Chrysochos. The Brit battled through to win 6-4, 5-7, 6-4 to set up his first final of the season, where he defeated top seed Yuta Shimizu to win a third career singles title. Whitehouse finished the week as doubles champion, teaming up with Chrysochos to defeat both the second and first seeds. Playing together for only the first time, Whitehouse and Chrysochos beat Runhao Hua and Ze Zhang 4-6, 6-2 10-6 in the final.
