We are very saddened to hear the news this weekend that one of our past Presidents, Derek Collins has passed away. Derek was an excellent player and represented the County on many occasions. He was the Mens Captain for many years. He also served on the Essex Tennis Council and was President in 1992/93. He played in the Championships at the AELTC in the fifties and was a Member of the Club.
We extend our sympathy and condolences to his family at this sad time.
