Essex U14s wins 12 Counties Division 1 Finals

U14s girls and boys teams 22 Saturday saw the last matches played, and resulted in Essex winning Division 1, with Herts coming second, Cambs third and Berks fourth. Congratulations to Essex on claiming the title. They dominated most of the age groups, winning 7 of the 10. Another 720 matches were played this winter in all the age groups, which sees the total number of matches played in this competition up to 22,100! It was a great achievement to get the event to completion given the restrictions the pandemic placed on us, and that is down to the organisation on everyone’s part, so thank you once again for your support .  Essex were the overall winners of the 12 counties event. Brilliant effort for all the Essex players involved across all the age groups to get Essex the trophy.
